Hicham was awesome. 1st trip, he came to evaluate our refrigerator and ordered parts. He came back to successfully install the new ice maker parts and got it working properly in about 30 minutes. He did a great job and was very nice as well. Thanks for fixing my refrigerator that wasn’t working for a very long time because the warranty company kept making me into a refrigerator repair person. Allstate Home Depot’s insurance company was not good to deal with and took almost 2 months to get me a repair person to my house. Thankfully, Key Appliance Repairs and Hicham saved the day.
